Letterkenny is Coming to HULU!

Hit Canadian comedy Letterkenny is headed for U.S. audiences.

Hulu has nabbed the first two seasons of the CraveTV scripted original created by and starring Jared Kesso.

The comedy revolves around Wayne (Keeso) and his friends living in the small town of Letterkenny, Ontario, a fictional community based on the actor-writer-exec producer’s hometown of Listowel. The first two seasons will debut on Hulu in the U.S. on Friday, July 13.

BIG day for hockey fans. If you remember, Giroux wrote about Letterkenny in the past and I am FIRED up.  Let’s be honest, how many television shows are available in the states that cater to a hockey player? Yeahhhh, none. Well now, this has changed.

I’ve never actually seen an entire show, but I have watched these clips dozens of times. If you get a chance, just youtube ‘Letterkenny’ and I GUARANTEE you won’t regret it. This show may have the most clever and witty one liners I have ever seen. They over exaggerate what it’s like to be a hockey “bro” which is hilarious because we’ve all been there. I remember being like 15 years old and calling everything a gongshow or saying the word ‘sauce’ 50 times a day but you eventually grow out of it and can look back on it and laugh. Letterkenny is coming to the states and I could not be happier about it. Now all I have to do is hack into the girlfriends Hulu account.

Still not convinced? Check out this video to get the full rundown of this show. Now take your tank top and your Tonka truck and kick rocks.
