Holy fuck, what a Carpy bomb. Pierre McGuire, the man who knows every youth hockey team any professional hockey player has ever played on has been named NBC Sports back up in between the glass guy. What news! People might just riot in the streets, the good kind of riot.
I kind of feel bad. We’ve been really hard on Pierre the last few years and its pretty deserving. He can be creepy.
On more than one occasion.
What you can’t take away from the guy is his love of hockey. You don’t know all of those stupid facts if you aren’t obsessed with the game and the ones who play it. Also, he drives Mike Milbury crazy.
And, the hockey gods appear to be on his side.
