Phil Kessel is the Hero the United States Desperately Needs

Talk about pure happiness. Pure unadulterated bliss. It’s hard to figure out if he’s happier about the Stanley Cup or those gorgeous set of hot dogs.

Its been a very rough week in the United States. Neo-Nazis prancing around the streets with a Detroit Red Wings shield hasn’t been our best look, but take a second and just look at Phils face in this picture. If only we could all drop the hate in our hearts and look at the world in the eyes of Phil posing with these hot dogs, there would be no war but just ample amounts of hot dog eating competitions.

ALSO, talk about an absolute dagger of a hashtag. #TwoTime is a slap in the face to the Toronto Maple Leafs and USA hockey as a whole. “You think you can win with others? You think you can win with players who appear to be in shape? I may look like a computer programmer but I have one of the best twisted wristers in the game. Take a lap”, is exactly what Phil the Thrill is thinking. Phil has won 2 straight and he’s looking for more trophies to put in his mantle, along with a 6 pack of hot dogs from your local Stewarts.
