Atta boy Dommy. A couple weeks ago Hal and I wondered where you went and what was going on. We thought you might have taken to the ping pong circuit but it looks like you can’t say no to the ice. Dom Moore is one of the most perfect role players that I have ever seen play the game. If you’re a cup competing team that needed a fourth line center, Dom Moore was a great match. He was terrific defensively, forechecked like a maniac and had a high hockey IQ, thanks Harvard. Dom was also one of the most mentally tough individuals us fans ever got to know. If you feel like crying this afternoon, watch this.
And you know how most 4th liners can be boring? Just when you were about to fall asleep watching Rusty Feds or Derek Dorsett pass a puck to Dom Moore, Moore would do a spinning pirouette 360 toe drag that NEVER worked but was always appreciated. I loved Dom for everything he did for the Rangers including this moment:
Fucking love you Dom. I’m happy for you and thank you for all that you’ve done.
