For those of you who don’t remember, the US lost in the finals against the Kaapo Kakko led Finnish team. Kakko scored the go ahead goal and sealed the deal for Finland. Jack Hughes might not be on the roster this year, but the US will have some elite talent leading the way. Players to watch for the United States…
Spencer Knight – Goalie (Florida Panthers)
Cole Caufield – Forward (Montreal Canadiens)
K’Andre Miller – Defense (New York Rangers)
Alex Turcotte – Forward (LA Kings)

Yes, three of those players already play together at Wisconsin. Those 4 are returning to avenge the loss in the finals last year. There are so many other great players for the United States so they will certainly be contenders.
The US is coached by University of Minnesota Duluth’s, Scott Sandelin.
