Goalies Michael McNiven and Logan Thompson dropped the gloves in an ECHL game over the weekend. McNiven played for the Adirondack Thunder earlier this year before he got moved. It’s been a while since we’ve seen a goalie fight and they didn’t disappoint. Sometimes an entire goalie fight is just hugs and kisses but both of these goalies were really trying to throw some serious punches, something we can all respect. Shoutout to these two for a great job as we hope to see some more goalie fisticuffs as time goes on this year.
