Losing your teeth is as hockey as it gets. You have professionals who block shots and lose teeth all the way to beer league all stars who get a stick to the mouth (me). Losing your teeth as a hockey player is a badge of honor. I mean, this goes all the way back to the dawn of time. Have you ever seen Youngblood?
Classic. It’s just how it is, ask Kelly Sutherland. Pretty funny stuff seeing an official put his teeth back in to pronunciate proper words. In any other sport, this would be alarming — but certainly not this one.
