Michael Grabner Offseason Appreciation Post

Personally, I have always wondered what some pros do during their off season besides training, relaxing with the fam, and crushing brews. With the ever-growing presence of social media we can get a glimpse into what some of our favorite players like to do during their free time.

Since Grabner burst into the scene for the Rangers being a break away machine scoring almost as many goals this past season (27) as his past three (29). He has always seemed to stay active on social media, by posting IG stories of the boys or chiming in on Twitter.

If you’ve seen his IG stories or Twitter feed lately you know he must get his daily dose of T-boosters from drinking water straight out of the hudson like the savage he is.

All in all, I’m happy Vegas took Lindberg instead of this hammer. Even though Oscar had a good playoff run and always played his role, I thought we were going to lose Grabs or Raanta for sure.

Although we’re bleeding dry at the center position currently, I look forward to the moves Gorton will make when the UFA market hits. The Rangers have a lot of work to be done before the season starts, but what keeps me going is players with presence like Grabners.
